• Worn
• Soiled
• has missing tags
• are 'on demand' or 'custom' items
• Personalized
• labeled as *D* (discontinued) at the time of purchase 

The purchaser is responsible for freight to return product. 

You will be refunded for the product cost less any freight costs.
